About Us
Bogdan Ileana started Ileana Custom Upholstery in Ohio in 2017 in hopes of continuing his passion and skillset from Europe. He initially opened his upholstery shop in Tallmadge, OH on East Avenue (directly off of the Historic Tallmadge Circle). After several years there, he moved his successful shop to its current location on Copley Circle in Copley, OH where business is still thriving and going strong!
Bogdan got his start at a young age working for a large Italian upholstery manufacturer in Europe where he gained many years of valuable experience. It was also there where he learned of his innate, multi-faceted, creative skillset, as well as his love for upholstery, wood-working, and building custom furniture.
Bogdan's dream has always been to provide quality, yet affordable, upholstery / re-upholstery to his customers. He is supported by a talented staff and design team who, like Bogdan, take pride in providing friendly personal service to their customers.
